Amazon Store Manager Roles at eData4You
eData4You is a remote ecommerce services company based in New Delhi, India. We manage Amazon seller accounts, product catalogs, and marketplace operations for ecommerce brands across the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and Europe.
We are hiring Amazon Store Managers to join our growing marketplace team. This is a client-facing operations role where you will be responsible for managing day-to-day account activity, maintaining listing health, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver results for clients.
What Does an Amazon Store Manager Do at eData4You?
An Amazon Store Manager at eData4You manages client accounts on Amazon Seller Central and, in some cases, Amazon Vendor Central. The role covers the full scope of account operations, not just listing uploads.
Core Responsibilities
Account Health Monitoring You will monitor each client account's health metrics daily: Order Defect Rate, Late Shipment Rate, Valid Tracking Rate, and policy compliance. When metrics are at risk, you will identify the cause and coordinate the response before Amazon takes action.
Listing Management You will manage product listings including title optimization, bullet points, descriptions, backend keywords, category placement, and variation relationships. You will monitor for suppressed or inactive listings and resolve issues through Seller Central or case management.
Inventory Coordination You will work with clients to monitor stock levels, flag reorder timing, and manage FBA shipment creation and reconciliation. You will track stranded inventory, unfulfillable units, and aged stock, and coordinate disposition decisions.
Advertising Oversight You will monitor Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns for performance. You will flag underperforming campaigns, recommend bid adjustments, and coordinate with our advertising specialists on strategy changes.
Case Management You will open and follow up on cases with Amazon Seller Support for listing issues, fee disputes, FBA discrepancies, and policy appeals. Strong written communication and persistence are required for effective case resolution.
Reporting You will prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for clients covering sales, advertising spend, account health, and operational actions taken. Reports should be clear enough for a non-technical client to understand and act on.
Client Communication You will be the primary operational contact for your assigned accounts, joining regular calls, responding to client questions, and flagging issues proactively rather than waiting for clients to raise them.
What Skills and Experience Are Required?
We are looking for candidates who have hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and understand how the platform works from an operational perspective.
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts
- Familiarity with FBA operations including shipment creation, stranded inventory, and reimbursement claims
- Understanding of Amazon listing requirements, category policies, and variation structures
- Experience with keyword research tools such as Helium 10 or Data Dive
- Strong written English for client communication and Amazon case management
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously with attention to detail
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, shared drives, and project management tools
Preferred but Not Required
- Experience with Amazon Vendor Central
- Familiarity with Amazon Advertising Console (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands)
- Experience with tools such as Sellerboard, InventoryLab, or similar
- Knowledge of marketplace policies across additional platforms such as Walmart or eBay
Turn these recommendations into a working process with Amazon Account Management.
What We Offer
Remote work: This is a fully remote position. You will work from your own setup, coordinating with our team and clients across time zones.
Stable client base: You will be assigned to accounts with established sales histories rather than starting from scratch with new sellers.
Team support: You will work alongside specialists in advertising, catalog, and account health rather than managing every function alone.
Career development: As eData4You grows, we promote from within. Team members who demonstrate strong performance move into senior account management, team lead, and specialist roles.
Competitive compensation: Salary is based on experience and is discussed during the interview process.
Who Should Apply?
This role is a strong fit for:
- Experienced Amazon account managers or virtual assistants currently working independently who want a stable team environment
- In-house ecommerce coordinators looking to broaden their exposure to multiple account types and categories
- Freelancers who have been managing client Amazon accounts and want structured team support and career progression
This role requires real operational experience with Seller Central. We are not able to accommodate candidates who have only completed training courses without hands-on account management experience.
How to Apply
Send your application to us through our contact page. Include:
- A brief description of the Amazon account management work you have done, including the categories and sales volumes you have handled
- Your experience with any tools (Helium 10, Sellerboard, InventoryLab, etc.)
- Your availability and preferred working hours
- Your current rate or salary expectation
We review applications on a rolling basis and respond to qualified candidates within five business days.
